[1] When a Sunday does not occur between December 25 and January 1, this feast is celebrated on December 30 with only one reading before the Gospel.
[2] In dioceses where Epiphany is transferred to a Sunday that falls on January 7 or 8, the Baptism of the Lord is transferred to the Monday immediately following.  Only on reading before the Gospel is used.
